I’d like to made some homemade vegetable soup
but it's too spicy hot
how can I make it milder
because it's made with beef broth, beef and vegetables
and a can of diced tomatoes, yeah

my idea would be to add sour cream to it, like they do to beef stroganoff
beef stroganoff will thicken your soup

don't add too much spices try and cut them down
